Components for other developers

When the workload associated with a component is disproportionate within the overall project, licensing a solution from developers specialising in that area is often a cost effective and time saving option. Our most popular products are the growth chart component, which can construct any graph and layout from population reference data, and Pedigree builder which draws family trees mapping inheritance patterns. We are always happy to discuss other developers needs.

The growth chart component can generate JPG, GIF and PNG output so that it can be used in a web application without the need to deploy an ActiveX control. It can be incorporated in two ways:

As a visual control. The component draws itself in the application wherever you position it. The end user then interacts directly with the chart to zoom, point to curves etc.
As a non-visual control on the server generating images that can be sent back to the user interface (typically a browser) displaying one chart at a time. These charts are in a static format (a simple image). Predefined variants of a chart type (specified to us) are made available to the user from a drop-down list to be implemented by you.
